Return & Refund Policy for Pure Aura Care

At Pure Aura Care, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare and beauty products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.

1. Return & Replacement Conditions (রিটার্ন ও পরিবর্তনের শর্তাবলী)

You can request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If the product arrives damaged, broken, or defective.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
  • Missing Items: If any item is missing from your delivered order package.

Important Note:

  • To claim a return or replacement for damaged, wrong, or missing items, you must provide an unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel.
  • Due to hygiene and health safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or altered beauty and skincare products unless they arrived damaged or wrong.

2. Timeframe for Return Requests (রিটার্নের সময়সীমা)

  • Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Process (রিটার্ন করার প্রক্রিয়া)

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team via phone or email with your Order ID, invoice copy, and a video/photo showing the issue.
  2. Verification: Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours.
  3. Product Pickup / Return Shipping:
    • If approved, you may be asked to hand over the product to our courier partner or send it back to our address.
    • If the error is on our end (wrong/damaged item), Pure Aura Care will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Refund Policy (রিফান্ড নীতি)

  • Approved Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Delivery Charge: Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged or incorrect product).

5. Order Cancellation Policy (অর্ডার বাতিল)

  • You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched/shipped.
  • Once the order is handed over to the courier service, cancellation is not allowed.
